Large, newly renovated rooms with microwave and fridge. 2 BBQs, picnic tables and 2 umbrella tables make for a great picnic spot. Beautiful pool and they supply the towels. So fresh and clean and close to the beach. Owners are delightful and maintain high standards. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Handkerchief Shoals for two nights to attend a wedding. This motel was very welcoming, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. A little dated but still a cape cod gem. Loved having the beautiful pool too. We had a beautiful relaxed little get away. Thanks! We would stay again!

Adorable little hotel! Clean rooms and perfect location. Giant shower and all the toiletries provided were so nice. The pool is the absolute highlight though! It's so spacious and clean and relaxing. We had contactless check in and were only there a few days so we didn't see any staff. Only downside I would say is our bed wasn't too comfortable in the single Queen room. Will definitely come back next year and will be springing for a King Bed instead hoping that's more comfortable.

This place is a hidden gem. The main staff which is a married couple are both amazing people. They went out of their way to make sure they were able to accommodate our family multiple times, they switched days as well as as room types as needed. They were super nice to watch old run at all times and very friendly to speak with, I even have the opportunity to sit with one of the owners one evening and had a great casual conversation. The place is well kept and maintained. Cleanliness was never an issue. Our rooms were cleaned early both days and well supplied. The hotel itself is a quintessential Cape Cod Motel, it brought back tons of great memories of my own childhood which I now hope my own children will have. We're planning an extended stay here next year. The owner’s truly make this place home.

This is a wonderful hotel it’s very clean, the grounds beautiful they are what caught our eye and the swimming pool is wonderful. The couple that run the motel are very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our family has stayed at this property for more than 20 years. We've seen owners come and go. I'm SUPER excited about the new ownership. They've refreshed the space without losing it's charm. This is a clean, comfortable, motel. Rates are comparable to nearby similar properties, but they shine in cleanliness and customer service. Each room has a small refrigerator and a microwave. There is coffee/tea available in the office in the morning and the owner was lovely to talk with. We will continue to stay here.

Great little place to stay the rooms are lovely and clean, fantastic communication on how to check in, walking distance to a beautiful beach and some local restaurants.

A solid motel style hotel. Safe area. Friendly staff. Rooms were fine no complaints. Two double beds and a modern bathroom. It's older and it shows but it did the trick for my family of four.
